Lee joined the FGP Group 29 years ago as an apprentice. His journey from his apprenticeship, through the shop floor, then onto the Engineering department, before eventually leading to his current role, has epitomised the internal progression opportunities. Lee oversees all aspects of the factory, ensuring a disciplined and efficiently-operating facility that meets deadlines and promotes continuous improvement.
