Ash began his apprenticeship with the FGP Group in 2002. He joined our Turning department on completion of his course and developed his skillset until he was promoted to Cell Lead for our Turning department in 2016. He now provides his guidance and expertise to apprentices as they learn his department, as well as supporting his team with their production on a day-to-day basis.
