Ben began his apprenticeship with FGP Group in August 2013. After a successful 4-years learning all disciplines within Precision Engineering, he found his calling in Quality. Ben spent a year as Junior Quality Engineer, before being recognised as a Quality Engineer in 2018. Ben completed his AS9100 Lead Auditor qualification in 2019. Ben is also a qualified first-aider, for both physical and mental first aid, due to his experience with the NHS.

In his free time, Ben volunteers as a Weymouth Street Pastor, providing support to clubbers and party-goers in the Weymouth night time economy. Ben enjoys travelling, working on classic engines, and enjoying married life.
