Summary of functions:

To prepare customer products, this includes masking preparation activities for processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Masking Components using Lacquer and tapes
  • Jigging and waxing
  • Stencil application
  • Understanding Aerospace and Defence drawings
  • Operator Inspection
  • Adhering to specifications and work instructions
  • Maintain a safe and tidy work environment at all times

Experience / Qualifications:
  • Competent in handling Aerospace and Defence Components
  • Surface coating experience – Advantageous
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive within a fast-paced manufacturing business environment
  • Reliable and responsible
  • Methodical and able to work off own initiative towards set targets or goals
  • Excellent team worker

Location:

Lynx Trading Estate, Yeovil

Hours:

Early shift: Monday to Thursday 6.00am until 2.00pm and Friday 6.00am until 12.00pm.
Late shift: Monday to Thursday 2.00pm until 10.00pm and Friday 12.00pm until 6.00pm.
